The Administration Manager in the Division of Student Life plays a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating Student Support & Wellbeing as well as Student Equity and Success services for on-shore UOW students. They ensure students can access timely and relevant support services during their studies. Responsibilities include managing reception services, triage, student communications, intake/booking systems, and engaging casual employees effectively. Additionally, the role involves managing rosters, training, quality assurance, and reporting for wellbeing and academic support services, which encompass counselling, support coordinators, access and inclusion services, academic support, and peer-based programs.

The Administration Manager is tasked with creating and implementing systems and processes to address institutional barriers to student progression, enhance students' ability to navigate higher education effectively, and foster a sense of belonging throughout the student lifecycle, ultimately supporting the successful transition, participation, and achievement of all UOW students.
