The opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in our Grafton clinic and servicing the surrounding Clarence Valley region as a locum.
You'll work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and take on an existing NDIS and community aged care caseload for a period of 2- 4 months.
Things you will be doing;
- Delivering in-home services through a variety of community aged care programs, including;Home modifications
- Equipment and adaptive aids prescription
- Pressure injury risk assessment and reporting
- Functional assessments and reports
- Deliver NDIS servicesTypes of referrals: Neurological disorders, Physical disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, spinal cord injuries
- Functional assessments and reports
- Assistive technology assessment and reports
- Ongoing therapy for capacity building for daily activities
- Cognitive assessments
- Not required, but if Paediatrics is an area of interest this is an area we are able to support building a caseload in.

Requirements:
- Hold an Occupational Therapy degree
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Valid police check
