We are looking for an ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER to join our team at our Charlestown store.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:
- Previous retail management experience (1-2 years)
- Proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
- Have a passion for street wear fashion
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Be commercial – able to analyse your store and make decisions
- Previous visual merchandising experience
- Work alongside the Store Manager and manage Sunday and Monday.
