How will you make an impact in this role?
We're here to provide the world's best customer experience every day. Centurion Relationship Managers are responsible for all travel, lifestyle and card account requests our Card member have.
- We know our Card members - we know their preferences from favourite food, preferred seat on an aircraft and preferred pillow at a hotel
- We curate experiences for our Card members - we create experiences based on their needs
- We do it the right way - from basic ID procedures to ensuring we always communicate terms and conditions
- We inform our Card members - Centurion is a network, a unique membership and a club, our Card members want the opportunity to attend events, access benefits and meet each other
Minimum Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, structure your working day
- Efficient and effective servicing
- Demonstration of results in a high-performance service environment
- Travel skills (Sabre GDS preferred)
