T2 are seeking a Learning & Development Lead to manage all things learning across their retail, distribution centre and head office remits as part of our already established, T2 Academy. This is a great opportunity for a Coordinator or Advisor looking to take the next step into greater autonomy. Reporting into the Global People Director, you will collaborate with a leader who has a learning and OD background and keen to develop you in the next phase of your career. The role is available as this is exactly what happened for the previous incumbent who has grown into the next big role. So here is your chance!

The Learning & Development Lead is responsible for learning at T2. This is a role to make your own and grow over time so key duties and responsibilities are listed below but not limited to:

  • End to end management of the LMS (SuccessFactors), Go1 learning library and RISE and Articulate content systems
  • Manage the above partner and contract relationships
  • Create and maintain support documentation for learning and development
  • Manage and respond to tier 1 queries through the Development inbox
  • Lead, manage and own the T2 Academy learning offering
  • Continue to lead the rollout of our Brewing Leadership and Store Manager leadership programs
  • Effectively use the learning management system (LMS) to monitor, manage and maintain learning and development records
  • Run learning reports for the team and identified business stakeholders e.g. forecasts, metrics of learning and training delivery
  • Collate and analyse feedback themes and effectiveness of the training as required
  • Develop and maintain relevant SharePoint Intranet pages to provide information regarding learning and development, training program information and schedules and other relevant information
  • Assist SME's in thedevelopment and ongoing maintenance of learning and development content, resources and materials
  • Lead continuous improvement tasks and initiatives to drive a consistent and efficient approach to training coordination, learning and development processes and procedures across the organisation
  • Arrange logistics for learning and development activities, including scheduling, room bookings and invites to participants, facilitators and guest speakers, organise catering, training material, and ensure rooms are set up for training as per facilitator's request
  • Liaise and negotiate with external vendors, education and training providers to coordinate external training with the providers to implement and administer training requirements
  • Facilitate or cofacilitate standardised training and workshops
  • Collaborate with the People Director on the budget process and approval of invoices

What You'll Need

  • Experience in Learning & Development
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to edit and proof-read
  • Experience in working under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities and meeting specified timeframes
  • Ability to interact with colleagues and third-party vendors at all levels
  • Flexible working approach to deliver the best outcomes
  • Ability to work both autonomously and co-operatively with others and contribute in a team environment
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook )
  • Experience with the Learning Management Systems mentioned above
  • Cert 4 Training and Assessment highly desirable
  • A desire to build your L&D career!
