We are currently seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead a dynamic clinical team within a beautiful residential aged care facility in the South West area of Sydney. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with strong clinical skills to lead and develop the clinical team!Benefits:
- $135,000 + Super + NFP benefits
- Highly supported role: reporting to an experienced Facility Manager and supported by an additional Care Manager

Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience as a leader within an Aged Care facility
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Excellent time management & communication skills
- Ability to lead a team, with strong clinical knowledge
