Customer Service Specialist

Your new role
As a customer service specialist you will play a crucial role delivering high quality customer service and playing a key role in supporting their customers in a critical time of their lives. During the day-to-day you will be handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls as well as managing an inbox for your own portfolio of accounts.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own portfolio of accounts
- Establish and make contact with customers
- Handle outbound calls to assist customers with their financial queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Your skills and experience
- Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call centre)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Motivated and results driven
- Ability to work within a fast paced, high volume call centre environment
- Problem solving and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport
