Have meaningful impact as a Business Analyst- Intermediate
YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst for our Digital Sales and Service team. In this role you will work closely with various stakeholders to create great customer experience.
You will be key liaison between business subject matter experts and agile development teams. The role contributes to refine the solution to optimally meet business needs within known constraints (time, budget, quality, regulations and others)
Some of your key responsibilities will include: -
- Perform the analysis activities within an initiative/project to deliver enhanced customer and business outcomes.
- Identify, understand, analyse and communicate the customer process and information requirements of the overall solution, through business requirements.
- Develop functional specifications, describing the process and conceptual information requirements of a business requirement via appropriate methods, models and descriptions
- Managing application health monitoring
- Helping the team fixing any production issues.
- Review and contribute to technical designs, describing the solution to fulfil functional specifications to ensure traceability to business requirements.
- Develop cost and effort estimates on the proposed solution and analysis effort including implementation and costs of operation, or support team estimate processes
- Identify and formally capture initiative/project risks and issues.
- Contribute to the quality and completeness of test cases and other relevant artefacts.
This is a permanent opportunity for a candidates based in Australia.
ABOUT YOU
You should be a great team player with following skills and experience: -
- At least 3 years of IT experience specialising in business analysis or related roles.
- Good verbal and written presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of, and exposure to, Agile approaches.
- Professional skills with in-depth experience of developing functional and non-functional requirements.
- Systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Proven ability to develop technical skills to achieve a high degree of competence.
- Experienced in working as part of a team as well as individually.
