Description and Requirements

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst proficient in handling large datasets using SQL, R, and Python. The ideal candidate will excel in deriving actionable business insights from complex data sets and possess the ability to effectively communicate data models to key stakeholders. Experience in creating Power BI dashboards to visualize insights is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform exploratory data analysis to understand, clean, and prepare data for modeling purposes.
  • Conduct in-depth comparisons across multiple data sources to derive insights and formulate recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and data for analysis.
  • Present complex model solutions to key stakeholders and leadership for adoption and strategic insights.
  • Develop visually appealing dashboards using visualization tools to deliver actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of accurate reporting and dashboards upon request.


Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical role with a focus on services.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of field service operations and associated KPIs.


Preferred Requirements:

  • Proficiency in advanced SQL techniques, including multiple table joins and Common Table Expressions (CTEs).
  • Strong expertise in Python, particularly in machine learning for tasks such as data preparation, cleaning, model selection, evaluation, and scaling.
  • Background in time series forecasting and multivariate regression techniques in Python.
  • Experience using Power BI for dashboard creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build forecast models and other multivariate models using classical and machine learning approaches to drive business value.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
