- Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
- Valid Working with Children Check
- A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good mentoring and leadership skills
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
- Right to Work in Australia
- Ideally, 1 years’ experience as an Educator, or in a similar position
