Meat Boner and Slicer

Description:

Due to increased workload, we are currently looking for full-time experienced staffs for the position of Meat Boner and Slicer, to add to our team for our meat processing facility in Windsor Gardens SA.

Salary and other benefit will be discussed during interview.

• Safely operate cutting and slicing equipment to separate meat from bones and other tissues, ensure the quality and consistency of meat cuts.
• Cut sides and quarters of meat into standard meat cuts, such as rumps, flanks and shoulders, and removing internal fat, blood clots, bruises and other matter to prepare them for packing and marketing.
• Trim excess fat, skin, and other unwanted parts from meat to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area, including surfaces, equipment, and tools used in the process, to ensure food safety and compliance with regulations.
• Assist in packing and labeling meat products according to specifications for storage, transport, and sale.

• Certificate III Qualified Boners and Slicers or working towards this accreditation;
• Previous experience as Meat Boner and Slicer;
• Physically fit with ability to complete repetitive motion tasks with hands and wrists;
• Ability to maintain pace of production;
• Ability and willingness to work in a cold environment;
• Ability to speak, write and understand a basic level of English and Vietnamese and to understand and follow instructions and communicate among a team

Salary: $70000-75000
