About the Role

As HR Advisor, you will be an integral part of the HR Team, providing essential support on various HR activities to assist in the achievement of organisational goals. This role offers exposure to diverse HR functions and the chance to develop foundational skills in human resources.

This is a part-time opportunity. 14 hours per week across Thursday and Friday.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, data entry, and filing.
  • Respond promptly to HR inquiries from employees and managers, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with team members to achieve objectives.
Requirements:
  • A keen interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
