- Outline the critical tasks, milestones and steps for integrating the clients contract requirements into business operations.
- Evaluate the scope, deliverables, and obligations outlined in the new client contract or expansion scope.
- Identify the new scope transition requirements.
- Identify all departments and stakeholders impacted by the new client contract or expanded scope.
- Determine the resources required to fulfil the client contract's requirements.
- Define a project team structure with identified stream leads.
- Establish cross-functional teams and assign tasks to stream leads based on their responsibilities and expertise.
- Develop a communication strategy to keep all stakeholders informed about the transition's progress and any changes.
- Conduct a risk assessment to identify potential challenges in transition and client contract execution.
- Implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks for both transition and client contract execution.
- Ensure all requirements relating to new or expanded client contract scope are well defined.
- Outline the critical tasks, milestones and steps for integrating the client contract's requirements into business operations.
- Ensure that the integration is conducted in line with Client and agreed parameters.
- Encapsulate approach and requirements for transition and integration in a comprehensive project execution plan.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor (a) progress of transition and (b) the performance and impact of the new client contract or expanded scope on business operations.
- Regularly review and adjust the integration process based on performance data.
- Maintain thorough documentation of the transition process.
- Prepare reports on the transition's progress for senior management and stakeholders.
- All departments have integrated the client contract's requirements into their work flows without disrupting existing operations.
- Stakeholders report satisfaction with the communication and support provided.
- Performance metrics indicate that the new contract and expanded scope is being executed efficiently and effectively.
- Degree Qualified in Business, Computer Science of relevant field.
- Construction, Logistics, Transport or FMCG background is preferred.
- Extensive experience in project management or program management, including demonstrable experience successfully delivering a combination of business and operational projects.
- Experience in Microsoft Project.
- Experience across multiple technology platforms ie CRM, Finance, Transport Systems.
- A preference for working in fast paced environments with fluid requirements.
- Strong commercial acumen and initiative to drive a business to deliver the best outcome for clients.
- The ability to align key stakeholders and influence business outcomes.Is a competent leader and thrives on coaching staff to reach their full potential.
