Assistant Manager- Pub style venue with gamingRSA and RSG required Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join their community first venue in the stunning surroundings of Gisborne. Responsibilities:
- Cash & Expenditure Control
- Policy and proceedure
- Compliance to the RSG standard
- Recruitment
- Stock Control and inventory
- Staff Management & Rostering
- Demonstrate customer service standards
- Assist with day to day operations
- Adhering to OHS practises
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role
- Must have a valid RSA, RSG, Gaming License, Food Handlers, Drivers license, First Aid and TAB Accreditation
- Strong ability to manage and implement process and procedure
- Ability to confidently lead a team and support a senior leadership team
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Integrity, you have pride in everything you do
- Current drivers licence
