The role
We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Crown Sydney team as a Bell Attendant on a full-time basis.
In the role of a Bell Attendant, you'll be tasked with a combination of porter and valet attendant duties. Serving as the first point of interaction for our guests, you'll extend a warm welcome upon their arrival and ensure a fond farewell as they depart. Your responsibilities will entail managing, transporting, and securely storing luggage, alongside offering insights into room features and aiding guests with valet parking for their vehicles. This role will require you to:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail through both service and complex knowledge

Additional Information
To be successful, you’ll have:
- An unrestricted driver’s license (Australian or international).
This role requires:
- Availability across a 24/7 rotating roster.
