As an experienced Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of properties. This is a role where you can expand your skills, be highly supported to perform your best, take your career to the next level, and take pride in providing first class service to our landlord clients, ensuring they receive the absolute best in client care and management service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently managing the rent roll of approx. 150 properties
• Conducting property inspections and maintenance checks
• Tenant screening, lease negotiation, and rental collection
• Overseeing property maintenance and repairs
• Handling tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Generating comprehensive reports and financial statements
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience as a Property Manager, preferably 2-3 years
• Solid knowledge of property management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in property management software such as Property Me, Price Finder and RP Data,
• Current QLD real estate licence & Driver's licence
