Byron Shire Council is currently seeking enthusiastic Multi-skilled Labourers (x3 permanent, full-time positions and x1 for a 2 years fixed term, full-time appointment). The positions play a key role in providing a high level of service in the construction and maintenance of Council’s Infrastructure.

The successful candidates will meet the criteria set out in the Position Description below.

This opportunity offers:

  • x3 permanent, full-time positions (38 hours per week / 9 day fortnight)
  • x1 2 years fixed term, full-time position (38 hours per week / 9 day fortnight)
  • Salary and Conditions will be in accordance with the NSW Local Government (State) Award with an appointment at a salary in the range of $1,008.70 to $1,168.73 per 38 hour week (dependent upon skills and experience)

Location:

This positions are based at the Byron Depot, however Council can require you to work from other work sites as required for operational reasons.
