Job DescriptionProvide on-site analytical testing at the Perth Airport laboratory. Ensuring the safe and efficient running of our contracted laboratory operation and performing a range of analytical tests with minimal supervision.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
- This role performs the vital task of ensuring all the samples are registered by the end of day and that all the samples received are placed in cue for analysis
- Sample enrolment in LIMS1 and SOPHIA, working towards “superuser” for these systems.
- Meet customer expectations with regard to turn around time and quality of analytical results
- Ensure sample traceability internally and externally
- Assist with the supply of sampling kits/equipment to customer sites
- Assist with customer queries and confirm analysis required with clients where required
- Apply technical knowledge to the appropriate registration parameters within the lab database
- Maintain consumable stock levels
- Provide general support to the Operations Manager
