About this role


This position is responsible for the effective planning, direction, and management of NMHS assets across Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Osborne Park Hospital, King Edward Memorial Hospital and Graylands Hospital; is repsonsible for delivery of the Facilities Management (FM) strategic asset management plan (SAMP), to meet strategic and business needs, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation; ensures the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of the asset management system; provides reporting on the performance of the asset management system; manages and guides all asset management policies, plans and systems to achieve the principles of ISO 55001.


This role reports to the Area Manager, Works and Business Services.
