Talenza have been engaged by a leader in the banking and insurances industries to hire an experienced Business Analyst with remediation experience.
About you
You will be an experienced Business Analyst with experience :
- Conducting thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and remediation.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop comprehensive remediation strategies.
- Utilising your expertise in financial services / insurance regulations and best practices to design and implement effective remediation solutions.
- Developing and maintaining detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and project plans.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including testing, implementation, and post-implementation reviews.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the sector, with a focus on remediation projects.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a passion for driving positive change and delivering tangible results.
