Role: Japanese RMR
We are seeking a self-motivated & passionate Resource Management Rep who will be responsible for the queue management, assignment of incident cases & workforce scheduling for a highly talented Japanese Support Delivery team (Schedule may follow JST).
What you'll be doing:
- Review arriving cases for the determination of correct assignment group and categorization.
- Work with tools, other dispatchers, team leads and managers to determine the best SME to handle the case.
- Monitor incoming queues and transfer queues for new cases and cases that need to be reassigned.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency with a good command of English language
- Good experience working in a Customer Service or Customer support environment
- Any relevant experience working w/ ITSM, Automation systems, Ticketing platforms or similar tools
- IT/Computer Science or Business-related degree or equivalent industry experience
