The Role
As a Sales & Leasing Executive for this successful organisation you will be undertaking the end-to-end sales and leasing process. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants. In return, you will be rewarded with a very attractive base + commission package, as well as the opportunity to progress within the business.
The Responsibilities
- Client development, canvassing, and relationship growth.
- Negotiation of sales and leasing terms between transactional parties.
- Liaising with solicitors and interpretation of commercial leases and sales contracts.
- Succinct data management and record-keeping.
- Market a personal brand to clients that aligns with the company's core values.
- Property degree preferred
- Open to residential candidates
- Go-getter looking to progress in the commercial / industrial space
- Have strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative
