About The Role

Working within our Health team, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with huge growth opportunities. This role works with product owners, technical leads, customers, and developers to deliver high-quality, intuitive products within the health space in ANZ.

You’ll be a very self-driven and high-performing Business Analyst with great problem-solving skills and a good understanding of IT systems and their configuration. This is a very customer centric role that requires you to interact with the customers on day-to-day basis.

You will have to troubleshoot and problem-solve support issues as they arise and as directed by the CIVICA project manager and technical architect.

Responsibilities:

This role will provide key inputs to the way the team plan, organize and deliver high-quality software day today. We also welcome you to bring in your own ideas and solutions in order to resolve the issues within the business.

· Analyze new requirements and provide impact analysis addressing technical design and identifying individual tasks

· Communication of technical details that impact fulfilment of requirements.

· Troubleshoot and problem-solve support issues as they arise and as directed by the CIVICA project manager and Technical architect.

· Configure Civica products to implement client requirements

· Intermediate knowledge of scripting language, like Javascript and SQL skills.

· Ability to work with the customers to build an implementation plan

· Liaise with the software development team to solve technical issues and help improve the product

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong financial or health insurance background, with software experience in an enterprise environment

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Intermediate knowledge of scripting language, like Javascript and SQL skills

· Working knowledge of API design and system integration

· Experience working in an agile environment

· Must have a solid working knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts (e.g. reporting, querying software, OLAP, spreadsheets, dashboards, and data mining)

· Solid knowledge of relevant technology concepts (e.g. mainframe, client-server, relational databases, and web-based and cloud architectures)

· Strong communication skills, including prioritizing, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building

· Proven time management cum organization skills (must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines)

· Ability to run implementation workshops and collect requirements
