The Role
Working closely with our Registered Nurses, Assistants in Nursing and Allied Health Team, you will be ensuring an enhanced level of care is provided to our residents. You will utilise your clinical skills to deliver comprehensive assessments and care planning and provide support to the Deputy Care Manager.
Your Experience:
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- At least 4 years post graduate clinical experience
- Prior experience working in an aged care setting
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Effective time management skills
- Experience working with clients living with dementia or a keen interest to learn
- Reasonable computer skills with prior experience utilising an electronic health record program
- Area of specialisation that may be beneficial to the Aged Care industry
