We are searching for a collaborative Quality Business Partner to join our team at our Bendigo site. In this standalone quality role, you will work closely with our site leadership team and front-line operators in driving QA initiatives. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role will also support the Dandenong VIC team when required and will involve travel to our Dandenong bakery.
Purpose of the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate and maintain the site quality management systems with a focus on ensuring internal and external compliance requirements.
* Ensure product food safety and quality standards are met
* Working collaboratively with the site team to achieve targets and milestones in Food Safety & Quality
* Provide training and coaching of the site teams on Food safety and quality standards
* Support Internal Audit program
* Maintain site quality management systems and general administrative duties
* Support the QA Manager with managing onsite audits
* Compile accurate and timely reports to site and regional management
* Coordinate consumer complaint investigations
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
* Food industry background and/or bakery industry will be highly regarded
* Tertiary Qualification in Food Science/Food Technology/Microbiology
* Highly collaborative approach with strong communication skills
* Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement, cultural change and process improvement
* Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
