As Digital Innovation Manager, you will be a key player in our team and will work closely with the wider Digital Innovation team (UX, CRO, CX, Tech Leads and Developers) You will be responsible for the delivery of Resolution Digital client ongoing retainers and projects, while ensuring quality, innovation and objective problem solving are always in focus.
Your Responsibilities:

* Successfully manage concurrent client retainers and projects, including planning, estimating and resource allocation.
* Play an integral role in all aspects of the project lifecycle – from discovery and concept through to launch and future releases.
* Plan and run discovery workshops, supported by design leads and technical leads.
* Translate discovery findings into clear requirements (business, functional, technical); working with the design & technical leads to create solutions meeting those.
* Develop scope documents with clear assumptions and effectively identify and manage project issues, risks and escalate where required
* Work collaboratively with design, tech lead, CRO specialists to achieve client business objectives

Your Expertise:

* Proven track record of managing digital client retainers across UX/CRO/Dev
* Strong understanding or proven experience delivering web design and development projects (CMS, DXP) from start to finish.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Experience managing client relationships and presenting to internal and external stakeholders
* Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and/or large enterprise accounts successfully
* Experience with Kentico, Sitecore or other DXP techs and Miro or Jira is highly desirable
