Description:
The EL1 - Financial Accounting Manager will be responsible for
- Leading a high performance team
- Managing the key deliverables and ensure a positive culture remains
- Overseeing month end and end of financial year processes.
- Preparing briefs, reports and other correspondence
- Maintaining policies and procedures for all relevant subject matter
- driving and contributing to change management
Requirements:
The EL1 - Financial Accounting Manager will have a real interest in Public Sector and Government.
They will likely be already working as an EL1 in the Federal Government, or will have had recent experience of this.
You must be an Australian Citizen to apply and anyone with a security clearance of NV1 would be preferred.
You must be a fast learner and be ready to add real strategic leadership to the team and department.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport easily with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
Conditions:
The role comes with a salary of circa $125,000 - $137,000, depending on experience and also has 15.4% super attached.
