Description:
Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a newly created stand alone position. Responsibilities include;
- Manage and advise on end-to-end recruitment from processing applications, conducting interviews and reference checks to offer negotiation.
- Develop engaging job advertisements that reflect the brand and attract high quality applicants.
- Work collaboratively to draft position descriptions aiming to accurately represent role requirements.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies to negotiate fees, and support recruitment processes.
- Proactively source talent through platforms such as LinkedIn and Seek Talent search.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will have a track record recruiting a corporate portfolio either from an agency or an in house recruitment function.
- Tertiary qualifications in a HR or business-related field.
- Ability to source and attract high-quality talent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing strategic talent solutions.
