Description:

TMGM, a leading multi-asset financial services provider, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at TMGM, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the successful execution of various projects within the organization. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and monitor the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, tasks, resource allocation, and budget allocation.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders, project team members, and third-party vendors.
  • Track and report project progress, ensuring compliance with project milestones and deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets, including monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and providing budget forecasts.
  • Facilitate effective decision-making, issue resolution, and risk management through proactive stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. Project management certification (PMP) is preferred.
  • Proven 3 years experience as a Project Manager in the financial services or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in financial product development and/or trading platforms is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools to plan, track, and report project progress.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience managing projects involving IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or software development is a plus.
