Cleaning Supervisor Assistant
Soclean is recruiting for a full time Cleaning Supervisor Assistant with demonstrated people leadership experience.

Job tasks and responsibilities
- Train, mentor and supervise cleaning staff at the site.
- Maintain a network of employees to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Identify any problem areas affecting your area of responsibility and develop, implement, and monitor appropriate strategies to address these issues.
- Participate as an active member of the cleaning services team and lead/manage these personnel.
- Complete regular audits across the site in a timely manner and report to Soclean’s Client Services Manager.
- Maintain and continually build on client relationships.
- Monitoring and reporting on service and compliance status and issues to Soclean’s Client Services Manager.
- Performing periodical works in a Shopping Centre cleaning environment.
Skills and experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing cleaning staff in the cleaning industry.
- Demonstrated management experience, managing, and supporting a team.
- Ability to lead in a culturally and linguistically diverse environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational & prioritization skills with a strong focus on time management and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong working relationship with key stakeholders in a busy environment.
- Able to use own initiative and handle multiple tasks in a high paced environment.
- Rostering skills, including managing shift changes.
- Exceptional understanding of the cleaning industry and processes.
- Quick and logical problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- NARELLAN, NSW 2567: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Cleaning: 4 years (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- National Police Certificate (Preferred)
- Driver Licence (Preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (Preferred)
