EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE
*Proven successful management of business units
*Proven successful management of Tier one buildings and high-end clients.
*Proven experience and knowledge of testing and design standards/codes - for testing, inspecting, auditing, maintenance, remedial works and certification
*Proven experience and knowledge of design standards/codes for the design and project management of fit outs, new installations and major upgrades
*Proven experience and knowledge of contracts, contract negotiation and administration
*Proven record of implementing successful strategic plans resulting in improved performance and growth of business unit.
*Comprehensive understanding of the Regulations, NCC & Australian Standards
*Appropriate qualifications are required.
*Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Uptick
RESPONSIBLITIES
*Responsible for the management of all activities, including testing, auditing, reporting, estimating, quoting, servicing, designing, remedial works, contracts, fit outs, new installations, upgrades and certification.
*Conduct/supervise activities, including testing (first tests), auditing, reporting, estimating, quoting, servicing, designing, remedial works, contracts, new installations, upgrades and certification.
*Responsible for the overall performance of the Business Unit, including achieving financial and operational KPI targets set
*Supervise the administration function associated with the Business Unit
*Management of staff (reports) activities and issues; motivation, wellbeing, performance and pay reviews, disciplinary actions required, knowledge, accreditation and training
