About The Role

Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior People Partner to join our welcoming and dynamic People and Culture team.

Reporting into the General Manager - People & Culture, this is a key role, partnering with leaders across the business; advising, influencing and driving our overall business outcomes through effective people strategies across all facets of the employee experience including but not limited to: recruitment and onboarding, wellbeing, engagement, performance, reward and recognition, and learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders providing advice, coaching and mentoring on people experience and people management matters in a consultative and collaborative manner
  • Lead new and innovative people centric projects, programs, initiatives and policies, focused on the employee experience, shaping and driving business culture aligning to our people experience strategic plan
  • Actively build effective relationships and partner with leaders ensuring a sound understanding of the workforce needs, whilst educating leaders with regards to employee arrangements and conditions
  • Work closely with leaders and employees providing ongoing support and guidance in relation to all people matters
  • Lead a small team of people focussed professionals, and working in collaboration with the broader People and Culture team, all of whom are committed to delivering high quality, effective end to end employee activities to meet the operational needs of the business and support people experience initiatives
  • Oversee the performance review process, assisting leaders in identifying and nurturing future talent and development opportunities including succession planning
  • Oversee Learning & Development, establishing further training initiatives and programs
  • Oversee and manage all employee rewards, incentives and benefit programs
  • Report on all people metrics as required

About You

  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Ability to think strategically and drive people experience strategies
  • Ability to engage, influence and collaborative effectively with leaders
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and people leadership skills
  • Ability to lead a team with empathy, respect and humility
  • Approach tasks with agility, initiative and passion
  • Be approachable, and have a positive, fun, ‘can do’ and enthusiastic attitude
