We are currently recruiting a Estimator to join our award-winning construction division. Due to our continued growth year upon year, and securing some of the largest Civil & Landscape packages in the country. Solutions are constantly on the lookout to secure the highest quality candidates within the industry.

Experience & skillset required..
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as Estimator on large scale Civil & Landscape packages $3m+Oversee the preparation of tender submissions
- Gather proposals, blueprints, reviews project documentation, plans, details and specifications of project
- Identify labour, material, and time requirements using provided documentation
- Prepare and execute presentations to clients, consultants and other external stakeholders
- Engage in tender review with the Senior Estimator and State Manager prior to submitting any tenders
- Liaise with project managers during the project to obtain feedback on estimates and modify Benchmark price database accordingly
- Extensive experience in Civil methodology & constructability
- Computer skills with measuring software (Adobe, Bluebeam, Mudshark)
- MUST HAVE FULL AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTS
Desired qualifications..
- Bachelor's degree in Estimating or a related field experience
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Drivers license and WHS White Card
- National Police Check or be willing to obtain
- Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
