An exceptional opportunity has become available for a Revenue & Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join their down to earth and supportive team.
The Role
Reporting to the Manager Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day running of the Revenue Operations team
- Monitoring aging reports and following up on overdue accounts
- Accountability that billing activities are carried out with a high level of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of patient and sundry debtor invoices
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Oversee the preparation and submission of month-end
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Other ad hoc duties as per your Manager's request
The Successful Applicant Will Have
- Experience working within a similar senior Billing/AR position
- Proven eagerness to lead a team or prior experience in leading a team
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to reporting deadlines
- Healthcare experience would be highly advantageous
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
