As Purchasing Officer, you will be responsible for responsible for considering the interests of the Hotel first in all transactions and activities involved in the search, selection, purchase, receipt, storage and issue of goods and services at minimum cost.
Skills & Experience
- Purchasing experience preferably in the Hospitality industry.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of stores and logistics processes, policies and systems – SAP would be an advantage.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
