- Deliver formal 1:1 supervision, mentorship and support to junior clinicians
- Provide much needed speech pathology services to participants within schools, home and community
- Use clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of OT's, EP's and Physiotherapists
Our clinicians assist individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals. No two days will look the same! We strive to provide a caseload matched to your experience and interests!
- Our Early Years caseload – engage in clinic-based early intervention and parent training.
- School-aged children – literacy, social communication skills & AAC
- Teens/Young Adults - speech, language and social skills training. Provide services to adults with an ABI e.g., stroke, progressive neurological conditions
- Dysphagia management/Mealtime assessment and food aversion caseload for all age groups.
About You
- Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS and experience in leading others
- Experience in working in a multidisciplinary team an advantage
- A passion for being a leader in their field and delivering quality evidence based therapeutic interventions
- Leadership experience or a desire to move into a Supervision/Leadership position (with relevant experience to support).
