We're in search of an exceptionally experienced Senior UX/UI Designer & Art Director who excels in tackling complex challenges and possesses a wealth of expertise in creating inclusive, visually stunning user experiences across diverse platforms and devices.
Assist Lumin product and tech team across the full Customer Journey and mapping of the end to process. Create detailed customer journey maps to visualise the end-to-end customer experience, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement. User-centered design approach and principles to design intuitive and user-friendly customer interfaces across our products, feature and services.
As an experienced UX/UI Designer & Art Director at Lumin, you will lead our design endeavours with a focus on elevating accessibility, innovation, and artistic direction. Your role will involve crafting intuitive interfaces that cater to users with diverse needs, including those with mild cognitive impairment, dexterity issues, or poor vision. Additionally, you'll have the pivotal task of shaping the visual identity of Lumin through art direction, ensuring consistency and impact across all brand and marketing materials.
