Description:
Apprenticeships R Us is looking for a Trainee Service Advisor/Reception Admin for a car dealership in the Newcastle, NSW area. This role will combine on-the-job training whilst you work towards your Certificate III in Business qualification.
What is a Traineeship? This 12 month paid traineeship will include hands on training alongside a skilled team of experts with structured learning in order to receive a Certificate III in Business . Following this qualification will allow the opportunity of getting promoted after completion.
Some of your duties will include:
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Running a reception area
- Determine if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone.
- Accurately record issues and data into a Dealer Management System.
- Conduct transactions; walk customer through process and provide a summary of the service.
- Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle
- Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer
- Follow up with customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed
Essential Requirements:
· Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident
· Be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
· Have a desire to learn
· Good communication skills
