Job DescriptionAs a Senior Executive, Analytics - Merchandising Delivery, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing our NIQ merchandising solutions as well as assisting clients for technical delivery and system / solution support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Single point of contact for clients
- Ownership of client relationship for delivery and consultancy
- Communicate with client to capture requirements for our solutions
- Communicate client requirement to appropriate internal team members
- Testing of solution to ensure client requirement is met
- Project Management post sales / implementation activities
- Engaged in training new and existing clients in our merchandising solutions
- Stakeholder engagement both internally and on the client side
- Consulting with clients to discuss ongoing enhancement
- Regular client account reviews
- Assist in sales activities in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
- Ensure client service deliverables are aligned o the regional client service standards
- Regular contact with clients
