The role

As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will support high-quality customer services to all customers and assist in the delivery of excellent customer outcomes.

You will be delivering consistent and accurate information to customers and work within wide policy guidelines to ensure appropriate standards are met.

You will use your customer focused and engagement skills to ensure effective and efficient delivery of information and advice to customers. You will also support team in range of processes, and ensure timely service delivery.

While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) within the department for the next 12 months.

This position is located in Kalgoorlie, one of the major cities in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia.
