The Role
The Client Services Officer is responsible for negotiating and managing quotes, bookings and payments for student residential accommodation, corporate and community accommodation, housing and other short and long term accommodation as well as events and conference bookings. The position is responsible for coordinating of events and conferences including hire of facilities and venues and the associated support services of catering, cleaning and housekeeping and security.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in a customer service orientated environment and providing high levels of quality customer service, with good communication, interpersonal skills and willingness to contribute to the Muresk Institute team goals and objectives.
