Description
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- Processing supplier invoices, and matching purchase orders to invoices and batching for approval
- Raising credit claims with suppliers
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Answering enquiries through phone and email relating to Accounts Payable function
- Occasionally assisting with the switchboard through the directing of phone callers to appropriate staff
Profile
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who works effectively in a collaborative environment, and is happy to apply their knowledge in this temporary position.
Key competencies listed below;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to customer service skills.
- A hands-on team player that wants to contribute to a work's culture.
- Relevant end-to-end Accounts Payable experience.
- A can-do attitude, applying drive and motivation to the role.
