About the role:
Client Management:
- You will be the main point of contact for clients, where you will be responsible for maintaining and building client relationships through both exceptional delivery and support.
- Offer expert guidance on tailored media strategies that best suit the clients goals
- Regularly present campaign insights and results to clients, leveraging data to highlight successes and areas for enhancement. Adjust strategies based on client feedback and emerging opportunities.
Execution & Campaign Optimization:
- Oversee the execution of media campaigns across selected channels, ensuring seamless launch and management while adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Implement robust reporting frameworks to measure campaign success and offer actionable insights. Utilise data-driven decisions to maintain transparency and accuracy in client reporting.
- Continuously analyse campaign performance data to identify optimisation opportunities. Make real-time adjustments to enhance outcomes.
What you need:
- Over 5 years of experience in media planning, buying, or digital media, with a demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
- Proficient in managing various media channels, including TV, Radio, OOH, print, search, social, video, display, audio, content, partnerships, and programmatic advertising.
- Proven track record in handling complex client relationships and high-stakes accounts.
- Extensive experience in managing clients across diverse industries, with a deep understanding of market challenges and opportunities.
- Strong expertise in planning, executing, and optimising integrated media campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets for optimal campaign performance.
