ABOUT THE ROLE…

You will be working within the Novated Sales department in a phone-based sales role proactively converting inbound novated lease enquiries into new novated leases. With direct access to the Sales Leadership group committed to maintaining a culture of coaching and development, you'll be well positioned and supported to take your sales skills and career to the next level.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Answering all inbound telephone and email Novated lease enquiries from customers;
  • Selling the benefits of Novated Leasing and the various solutions that SG Fleet offers;
  • Provide quotes to customers within a timely manner;
  • Address any questions or concerns to convert the enquiry into a new Novated lease;
  • Achieve targeted levels of new business sales.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE...

You are a sales gun. You are a self motivated and driven person who enjoys challenging themselves in a fast-paced environment. You will have a strong background in sales and are happy to talk to customers over the phone and via email. You will have strong attention to detail with high levels of ethical standards. Prior knowledge of finance broking, exposure to the Finance industry and or automotive experience is desirable but not a must.
