We have multiple positions on morning and afternoon shift.
$35.50 to $45 per hour dependent on skill level and experience.
Our afternoon shift attracts a 15% loading on top of your hourly rate.
To be successful within this role you will have experience with:
Essential:
- Hands on experience with MIG Welding
- Experience with oxy cutting.
- Some knowhow reading engineering drawings.
- Ability to follow Weld Maps.
- Working within safety standards and procedures.
- Excellent attention to quality and detail.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work without supervision.
- A positive attitude and team player.
Preferred
- Dogman Ticket (we can help you get this ticket).
- Experience in heavy plate welding.
- Sub Arc welding experience (we can train you).
- Knowledge of AS1554 welding standards.
- Physical fitness, ability to kneel for extended periods.
- Conversational English, both written and verbal.
