Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead a team to success. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest quality standards
  • Train and develop staff members to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized cafe environment
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Rotating roster
