As the Assistant Advisor, Talent Acquisition, you will deliver efficient and effective talent acquisition services across the Department and support the implementation of contemporary, customer-focused recruitment solutions.

You’ll undertake talent acquisition services aligned with best practice methodologies and relevant legislation to facilitate candidate attraction, assessment and onboarding activities. Day to day, you will communicate with hiring managers, employees, and candidates regarding talent and mobility across the Department and provide accurate advice on talent acquisition processes, candidate management, onboarding, and relevant e-recruitment and workforce systems.


What are we looking for?

  • An ability to contribute to and work well in a team, build strong stakeholder relationships and thrive in a busy environment.
  • Experience delivering talent acquisition services to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience providing first class customer service to hiring managers and candidates.
