The Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Enhance participant satisfaction and service offerings by cultivating relationships with partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends.
- Assisting in developing strategies to promote growth within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) market.
- Develop strategies to attract and convert participants to increase the organisation's market presence.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance participant engagement and improve service delivery, ensuring compliance with NDIS regulations and standards.
- As a manager, you will lead and oversee a team of support workers, providing guidance and support and promoting professional development and a positive work environment for your staff members.
- Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities within the community and with relevant agencies.
- Maintaining regular communication with support coordinators, therapists, guardians, and all other stakeholders is essential in supporting an individual.
- Delegate duties to Office Administration.
- Annual Participant reports are to be written and submitted to External Stakeholders.
- Supervision and training
- All necessary tools and equipment - laptop and phone provide.
- Flexible working hours and conditions, including working from home.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $66,821.45 – $142,259.71 per year
