Description and Requirements岗位职责：
1. 打造音视频终端产品研发和质量体系，持续产出高质量的不同形态终端产品；
2. 负责分析音视频产品需求，定义产品声学和光学的架构设计，包括音视频硬件方案选择、算法方案选型等；
3. 构建In House自动化测试系统，包含硬件测试，性能，软件功能等。
4. 根据项目需要与项目管理、供应链、采购、运营等相关职能部门沟通配合，完成产品设计及交付目标；
5. 负责终端产品音视频技术创新、开发及应用研究，推动新技术的预研及实施，确保公司音视频会议产品的产品性能及行业竞争力。
任职资格：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，电子/计算机类相关专业优先
2. 精通音视频硬件产品的规划、设计、开发和交付，具有10年以上音视频软硬件产品工程开发经验，并且具备10年以上研发团队管理经验。
3. 熟悉音视频算法原理和应用，具有良好的声学基础、光学基础，理论计算知识；
4. 熟悉音视频产品硬件架构设计，包括方案选择、原理框图等；熟悉芯片、扬声器、麦克风、功放、音频编解码器，ISP，Lens, 图像传感器等元器件选型，并对相关技术和开发路径有深入了解；
5. 精通嵌入式软件架构、声学系统设计、音视频硬件设计，产品规格定义，深度神经网络架构；
6. 有丰富音视频终端声学系统上行和下行的设计和开发调试经验，丰富的视频通道上下行设计，善于问题故障分析及改善；
7. 熟悉声学实验室设备及使用（如ACQUA、AP等），熟悉光学测试，并且具有搭建相关实验室的经验。
8. 熟悉UC平台测试规范，如微软Teams，腾讯会议，有通过认证的经验。
9. 对产品和技术创新有热情；
10. 具有优秀的口头和书面沟通能力，能熟练英文沟通者优先。
