They are expanding their talented team to include a dedicated Support Specialist for Major Accounts, who will ensure exceptional service levels for national and international clients.


Job Summary:
As a Support Specialist for Major Accounts, you will provide expert support and customer service for our national clients using a deep understanding of products and platforms. This role involves managing complex queries, liaising with internal stakeholders, and conducting thorough research to resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding support to national clients regarding national and international products through phone and email.
  • Conduct detailed research and liaise with internal teams and external authorities to ensure accurate and timely information delivery.
  • Record, analyze, and escalate client issues, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to meet and exceed customer service standards.
  • Participate in major account projects, including international searches and specialized client requests.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and client management techniques.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in legal, conveyancing, or searching industries, with strong familiarity with searching systems and services.
  • Proven track record of driving results and exceeding KPIs in a customer service environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex client issues.
  • Strong planning, organization, and relationship-building skills.
